The TraceErase service directory
Search a directory of online services to find out how to close an account, ask for your data or object to marketing, with official guidance checked by TraceErase where we have it. Further down, see the organisations TraceErase can handle eligible requests for.

Services with checked routes
Services where at least one action has official guidance that TraceErase has read and dated. Each shows the date it was checked and its caveats, and you still act on the organisation’s own site.
Four different things, kept apart
- Listed
- The service is in the directory. Nothing more is implied.
- Route checked
- TraceErase read the organisation’s own pages for an action and recorded the date. Nobody has signed in to run the steps, and the organisation may have changed them since.
- Managed eligibility
- Handled by TraceErase: eligible requests for that organisation. See the managed list further down.
- Verified outcome
- Only what an organisation says it did, and who vouches for it. A listing, a guide or a sent request is never an outcome.
Most of the directory hasn’t been checked yet. Numbers are read from the live directory and will change as more routes are checked.

No sign-in needed. To keep a checklist of your own accounts, follow a service’s steps or prepare a request, create an account.

- Checked by TraceErase TraceErase read the organisation’s own pages for at least one action and recorded the date. You still act on its site, and the organisation may have changed its pages since.
- Listed, route not checked yet Listed from a community directory or added from a source, with no steps checked by TraceErase.
- Rights requests only (sector rule) Banks, credit, energy, phone and health services: no closure or erasure advice.
- TraceErase can handle eligible requests A separate label: the organisation is on the managed list.
A listing isn’t a supported removal, not an account of yours that we have found, and not a tested sign-in flow. TraceErase closes or deletes nothing from this page, and an outcome is only ever what an organisation says, with who vouches for it.

“Checked route” means TraceErase has read the organisation’s instructions for that action and dated them. Where a row covers several related services, “checked for some” means not every one of them has instructions yet.
Managed assistance
Loan Broker Cleanup coverage
Broker cleanup is the first managed feature: for the organisations below, you can choose eligible requests, give written permission, and TraceErase handles the next steps (software and our team) when Loan Broker Cleanup is open (the note below shows whether it is). These organisations are read live from the coverage list, with the date TraceErase checked each route against the organisation’s own pages. A route may have changed since, and an organisation may ask for more. Choosing a brand doesn’t mean we found an account or checked that it holds your data. About Loan Broker Cleanup.

What a route means
Step 1
Find the organisation
Search by name or other name, or browse a category. A listing means only that it is in the directory.
Step 2
Choose what you want to do
Close an account, stop marketing, ask for a copy of your data, ask for erasure, correct data, or complain. These are separate actions with separate results.
Step 3
Follow the route the entry shows for that action
Do it yourself
When: The entry shows official steps that TraceErase has read, with the date.
What happens: Follow the organisation’s own steps on its own site. TraceErase hasn’t signed in to run them.
- You
- The organisation
Free to follow, with or without an account.
Prepare and track
When: You want a written request and a record, or the organisation needs your own sign-in, form or post.
What happens: TraceErase prepares the draft and keeps the dates and replies. You review it and send it.
- You
- TraceErase software
- The organisation
Needs an account.
Handled by TraceErase
When: That action is marked as eligible for managed handling for that organisation.
What happens: You give written permission. TraceErase handles the request: our team approves the exact wording, then software sends it or the team submits it.
- You
- TraceErase software
- TraceErase team
- The organisation
Needs the plan.

Use it as a place to start
When: The entry is listed but TraceErase hasn’t checked its route, or the sector is banks, credit, energy, phone or health.
What happens: No steps are shown until a route has been read. For those sectors TraceErase gives no closure or erasure advice, only rights requests.
- You
Whichever route you take, none of them is a removal. An organisation decides its reply, and TraceErase shows what it said and who vouches for it.
For the services in the table above, a checked route is guidance, not a service we perform. You act on the organisation’s own site, and you will often need to sign in. TraceErase doesn’t log in for you, close the account, or confirm that anything has been closed or deleted. Managed broker cleanup, shown above, is different: there TraceErase handles supported requests for you, with our team and software, when managed delivery is open.
Each piece of guidance shows the date TraceErase checked it and its caveats, such as what may be kept or how long a grace period lasts. If the review is out of date the page says so and you should check the organisation’s own page.
Some sectors are treated with extra care. For banks, credit, energy, telecom and health services TraceErase never gives closure or erasure advice, and you should follow the organisation’s own process for those. Rights requests, such as asking for a copy of your data, may still be covered.
Directory information is adapted from a community directory; TraceErase guidance is separate.
Take control of your personal data
Create an account to keep your own list of accounts, follow the steps TraceErase has checked and track your requests. Where there is no checked route yet, this page says so.
